Thesis Workshop: Figure Making

Below you will find two short videos (and associated PDFs) to help guide you in making professional quality scientific figures. We recommend you make your figures in Powerpoint, an easy to use program that can work with raster (pixel based) images and vector objects (eg, graphs and text).

The first video is useful for all students. The second video is useful for students who want to do more sophisticated image editing (changing resolution and precision color adjustments).

Feel free to contact me with any figure related questions or concerns (draft@fas.harvard.edu). I am always happy to help.
